Geena Glowicki was born in Edmonton, Alberta. After moving to Montreal she received a Bachelors in Fine Arts from Concordia University with distinction. She is now currently based in Vancouver, British Columbia.
Geena's personal work draws inspiration from her curiosity of people. Using a delicate technique she represents intimacy and nostalgia.
Through an alias she has developed commercial artworks which are currently sold in retailers such as CB2, Homegoods, and The Bay. Working closely with designers and private clients she creates custom artworks for homes, businesses and hospitality. Her artworks have been featured in commercials and television shows including Netflix's Ginny and Georgia, Chicago Fire, and feature film The Collective.
